The activity is mainly driven by passion. The commitment not to rely on chemicals within the Company goes hand in hand with the careful choice of locations in the territory that are as unspoiled as possible. The honey is extracted by centrifugation, filtered, and allowed to settle, without undergoing any transformation or heating. Among the wide range of honeys produced, special praise has gone to the wildflower honey, chestnut honey, and acacia honey.
