Poggio al Borgo

“Poggio al Borgo” is located in a dominant position on the hills of Villa di Villa in the municipality of Borgo Valbelluna, halfway between Feltre and Belluno and about 3 km from the Zumelle Castle. It is a natural terrace with views of the entire Piave River valley and the Pre-Alps. Immersed in greenery, with about 3 hectares of adjacent meadows and woods, along with the breathtaking panorama, it can guarantee moments of true relaxation and experiential stays since the property is located within the agricultural company “La collina dei ciliegi”, which houses numerous species of park and farm animals. Given the large outdoor spaces (garden, meadow, paths, and play area), the location is particularly suitable for families with children and for all those who love nature, from simple walks to cycling tourism (the C10 “Land of Venice” route passes here). During the summer, summer camps (Settimane Verdi) are also organized for children aged 6 to 12 years. The accommodation, dating back to the early 1900s, was restored in 2025, while maintaining some perfectly preserved original parts (such as the internal staircase, the floors, and the ceilings of the bedrooms and the wooden loft made of natural larch). It is spread over 2 levels: on the ground floor, there is a spacious living area equipped with a full kitchen and a living room with a sofa and TV, with views and access to the garden from both the South and North sides, from which the panorama can be admired. On the 1st floor, there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms: one of these is a double room with a separate but communicating children's room (with a bunk bed); the other has 4 beds distributed over 2 levels (the room has a loft). Wi-Fi. The parking space is free. Use of the washing machine is allowed. Smoking indoors is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
